Nurture Baby Yoga and Massage Instructor
Mum to grown up twin daughters and a son, I am a Blossom and Berry accredited baby massage and yoga instructor with over 30 years experience as a neonatal nurse.
I run calm, friendly, eco conscious classes that help you bond with your baby through massage and yoga to ease colic, aid sleep and support development. I also share practical tips from my nursing background, from breastfeeding guidance to newborn skills- so you feel confident and supported on your parenting journey.
Baby Massage
Join me for this 60 minute class combining baby massage techniques, relaxation and supportive parent interaction. Learn strokes to soothe,comfort and support baby’s digestion and sleep.
The course consists of 5 weekly 1 hour classes
All classes include use of eco friendly, non toxic yoga mats and sensory products with organic baby massage oil and class booklet included.
Class is suitable from 8 weeks to crawling.

Baby yoga
Join me for a gentle, joyful and nurturing baby yoga experience designed for you and your little one. This course combines movement, massage, music and mindful connection- all in a supportive welcoming environment.
All classes include use of eco-friendly and non-toxic mats and products.
The classes are for 1 hour and are held weekly for 5 weeks
Suitable for age 2 weeks to 1 year

One to One Massage Classes
2 × 1 hr private sessions
This gentle personalised course offers you and your baby the chance to learn baby massage in a calm, supportive environment at your own pace. Over 2 one hour sessions you will gain the confidence in using nurturing touch to relax, soothe and bond with your baby.
Other family members welcome to attend.
